Traditional Moroccan kohl powdered eyeliner (Black)

Directions: – First you need a small stick or a large toothpick that has both ends rounded off. Then Dip the tip of the stick to Kohl powder. Hold the stick parallel to the eye, and starting at the inner point of the eye, run it between the eyelids, almost touching the eye.
